Deep VERCOR™ is a 1-5/16 inch deep structural roof deck that provides both vertical load and diaphragm shear capacity. Deep VERCOR™ is a symmetric profile that is commonly used for canopies, mechanical or wind screens, mezzanines, and systems that include insulating concrete fill.

The profile has a nestable side lap which creates a very uniform and continuous look. If the panel is to be used for a canopy, Verco suggests inverting the panel. This will locate the side lap at a high, avoiding any potential problems arising from standing water directly over the lap. Deep VERCOR™ is manufactured from G90 galvanized steel with a minimum yield strength of 80 ksi and is available in 20-26 gage.
